Bradley Hall, the leading property firm for the North of England, has announced two new appointments in their Residential department as they continue their growth plans in 2025.
Alice Bartley and Niamh Newton have been appointed to the Residential team across the firm’s Gosforth and Durham branches.
The firm, which recently launched its new website, core values and refreshed branding, welcomed Alice and Niamh to the firm as they focus on expanding their estate agency services for clients across the region to keep up with an increase in demand.
Peter Bartley, Group Director and Head of Residential, commented on the recent appointments:
“We are thrilled with our new recruits. Despite the challenging recruitment market, we’ve been able to attract some of the best, most enthusiastic, and dynamic local talent in the industry.
“Our residential business has experienced significant growth over the past year, with higher listings and sales across all our offices throughout the North East. We have a strong network of branches in the region’s high streets, an excellent team, and an unrivalled offering for our clients. This has led to quicker-than-average sales times and higher-than-average sale prices, resulting in satisfied sellers throughout the region.
“We are a local firm with deep knowledge and strong roots in the North East, while also developing and maintaining a wide network of clients. This enables us to attract and achieve buyers from as far as the south of England and even internationally.”
The residential arm of the full-service firm valued over £180million worth of residential properties in 2024 and conducted almost 500 viewings for clients across the region and further afield.
Alice Bartley, who recently joined the Gosforth branch as an Assistant Property Executive, recently graduated from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Law and will be using her legal skills to provide expert advice for buyers and sellers across Gosforth and the surrounding suburbs.
Niamh Newton, who began at the Durham branch in December 2024 as a Property Executive, previously worked in a number of customer services roles for regional and national businesses before joining the ever-growing property industry with Bradley Hall.
Niamh commented on her new role and her career journey to date: “I started my sales career at a local training provider where I found my passion for selling and gained my qualifications in customer service. This led to me wanting to expand my career to factor in both of these areas as I found them to be my strong suit. I have since entered management and training roles and helped others to embark on the same career journey.
“I embarked on my journey with Bradley Hall late last year, driven by a desire to pursue a new career path in an industry I’ve always been passionate about: property. Joining the team at the Durham branch has been a fantastic experience, especially thanks to my manager, Lauren, whose excellent support and guidance has been invaluable.
“I have certainly hit the ground running, with lots of enquiries coming in over Christmas and the New Year period for our clients’ homes. No two days are the same at Bradley Hall and I am relishing the challenge of working within such an ambitious firm.”
A number of roles are currently available at Bradley Hall across the Valuation, Building Surveying and Property Management departments, as the company seeks to expand their talent pool.
