Alice Fan

Alice is a Valuation Coordinator based in the Leeds office, providing administrative support to the Valuation team and assisting colleagues across other offices as needed. She acts as the first point of contact for panel managers, lenders, brokers, borrowers, solicitors, and agents, managing enquiries and coordinating property inspections. Alice also supports the preparation of valuation reports in line with service level agreements, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery.
