The Commercial Agency department of national property consultancy, Bradley Hall, has recently been appointed to market over £20million worth of instructions across the North East and Yorkshire, reinforcing the firm’s growing presence in the region’s investment and occupier markets.
The firm, which is the largest of its kind in the North East and operates 12 offices across the UK, has secured a range of high-profile instructions in recent weeks, spanning industrial estates, retail premises and commercial investment opportunities at key sites across the North of England.
Among the major instructions are Derwent Court and Earlsway Trade Park, two strategically located industrial estates offering a range of trade, warehouse and industrial accommodation spanning 99,608 sq ft in total. Derwent Court is on the market for £5.3million, while Earlsway Trade Park is marketed at £5million.
Richard Rafique, Group Managing Director at Bradley Hall, said: “Securing over £20million worth of instructions in such a short period reflects the strength of our team, our market reach and the confidence clients have in our advice.
“We have made a strategic investment into refreshing and strengthening our Commercial departments, from expanding the team and increasing our marketing activity to enhancing the range of services we offer clients.
“Traditionally, commercial property services are delivered through separate departments, requiring clients to deal with multiple contacts. Our new approach provides each client with a dedicated adviser who understands their assets and objectives, while coordinating support from specialist teams across the business.
“By combining a single point of contact with access to expert knowledge in areas such as valuations, agency, lease advisory and property management, the firm can provide more joined-up, proactive advice and deliver better outcomes aligned with clients’ wider portfolio and long-term goals.
“This approach has been attractive to prospective clients and has encouraged an influx of instructions and new client wins across the business.”
The department has also been instructed on a unit on Eagle Park Drive in Warrington, a high-quality industrial and logistics department, adding to a growing pipeline of commercial instructions across Yorkshire and into the North West.
Additional key instructions include a retail and development opportunity at Claypath Lane in South Shields that includes a drive thru Starbucks and several tenanted retail units, marketed at £2.94million. Industrial premises on St John’s Road in Meadowfield, County Durham, extend to 15.8 acres and offer investment potential of £8million.
Richard continued; “These instructions represent a diverse mix of opportunities across the industrial, retail and investment sectors and demonstrates continued confidence in the North East and property markets.”
The department is led by Group Managing Director Richard Rafique and includes experienced commercial property specialists; Lucy Mouter, Harry Towers, Mahir Mazhar, Anthony Cape, Rish Rahne, George Mordue and Henry Bowers, with further investment planned through the appointment of several new recruits and graduates who are set to join the business later this summer.
The recent influx of instructions follows a strategic refresh of Bradley Hall’s Commercial Agency offering, bringing services such as Asset Management, Property Management and Commercial Agency under one roof while investing in enhanced marketing activity and expanding the team to support growing client demand.
Bradley Hall was founded in 1988 and offers end-to-end property services to clients across the UK through a range of departments including Commercial Agency, Property Management, Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews, Valuations, Building Surveying, Residential Sales & Lettings, Block & Estate Management Auctions and Land & Development.
