Emma Bowater

Emma is an Assistant Surveyor in our property Management team, focusing on Commercial and Block Management. her role involves managing client’s property portfolios by providing rent collection services, managing service charges, organising and managing maintenance works, carrying out rent review, lease renewals and dealing with disputes between landlords and tenants. She manages a range of properties across the North East from small individual retail units to large business parks, flat blocks and private housing estates. Emma works for a range of clients form private landlords, residential management companies and pension funds to large local authorities such as Sunderland City Council. Emma is currently in her third year studying at University College of Estate Management part time for her Commercial Real Estate Management Degree. Her favourite music is anything by Fleetwood Mac.
