Due to a recent surge in demand for management services an opportunity has arisen to join our growing Property Management department. Bradley Hall are a leading commercial & residential property consultancy business in the North East.

The role would be well suited to a range of candidates at varying levels of experience. Candidates will be involved in a variety of instructions which will enable them to gain valuable experience over a broad range of service lines including management, lease advisory and agency.

The role will involve working directly with clients to provide property management services as well as undertaking a variety of specialist service charge management, lease renewals, rent review negotiations and providing advice to clients on vacancies within their managed portfolio accordingly.

The candidate will work under the direction of the Head of Property Management and alongside our experienced team of surveyors based in our Newcastle city centre office.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• A minimum of a 2:1 grade in a RICS accredited degree

• MRICS qualified (preferred but not essential as APC training can be offered)

• Motivated and commercially aware

• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
