The year 2014 has been one of success for Bradley Hall. We have completed instructions on a vast range of commercial and residential properties and helped many house-hunters and businesses find a new home.
The retail sector has been particularly buoyant and we have acted on behalf of several independent traders who have taken occupancy in strategically well-placed suburban areas.
We have successfully let every unit in a mixed-use parade of shops on Canterbury Way in Wideopen, for example. Occupiers include a small tea room, a butcher’s shop, bakery, hair salon and vets, which all sell their products and services directly to the public.
They required an out-of-town location near high-footfall residential areas that would provide direct access to a potential customer base – and Canterbury Way fitted the bill.
We have also been instructed to market a similar parade on Coast Road in Benton, the main road which connects Newcastle city centre to the North Tyneside coast. Occupiers in the nearby vicinity include a tattoo parlor, diving centre and a hair salon but there are several additional attractive properties on the market for other businesses that sell directly to the public.
