Leading North East fitness company, OneGym, has appointed Northern specialist property firm, Bradley Hall, to locate and acquire new sites across the region.

OneGym, which was founded in Bishop Auckland in 2012, has increased rapidly over recent years, with branches of the popular fitness centre in Redcar, Stockton, Darlington, Wallsend, Ryhope, Chester-le-Street, Thinford, Thornaby, Newton Aycliffe and Peterlee.

The business has now appointed commercial property experts, Bradley Hall, to facilitate the sourcing and acquisition of a minimum of five new sites across the North East.

“With 11 sites already across the North East, the business is incredibly popular with the fitness community in our region and I look forward to supporting the firm to expand their offering to even more customers in towns across the North East.”

With two new sites opened this year, and three in 2023, OneGym is seeing huge demand in the region, offering a range of classes day and night, including Yoga, Spinning, Zumba and weights, as well as access to state-of-the-art gym facilities and equipment.

Personal training is also offered at their 24-hour access gyms, alongside saunas and sunbeds. The firm, which is co-owned by Paul and David Pearson, is now seeking additional sites of between 12,000 to 30,000 sq ft, with on-site or nearby parking and a local population of 50-100,000 within a 10-minute drive.

With a minimum of five new sites set to launch across the region over the next two years, OneGym is confirming their commitment to the local community and economy, as well as providing new jobs for local residents at towns across the North East.

Bradley Hall will consider all building types on either freeholds or leaseholds.
