North East residential and commercial property specialist Bradley Hall has strengthened its new financial services arm by expanding the team of experienced advisors.
Lewis Chambers joins Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents as general manager of the company’s Gosforth operation and BH Financial Service as mortgage broker across all North East branches.
Lewis joins Bradley Hall with over ten years of experience in the mortgage industry, including ten years with high street bank Halifax, the UK’s largest mortgage lender.
In addition to his role as general manager at Bradley Hall’s largest residential operation, Lewis is set to provide financial advice for BH Financial Services Ltd from offices in Newcastle’s Grey Street, Gosforth, Alnwick, Durham and the new Morpeth office, which is set to open this spring.
BH Financial Services Ltd has been established to provide a comprehensive range of finance advice. This service is approved and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Services will range from advice and support on mortgages and the application process, commercial mortgages and commercial loans, to business finance, and motor finance for business and private use alongside both vehicle sourcing and disposal.
Lewis, who is set to specialise in mortgages for BH Financial Services, said: “Moving home or buying your first property can be a daunting task for many. I am here to make the process straight forward and provide impartial and expert advice on which path to choose in order to make the best investment.

BH Financial Services will be based within Bradley Hall’s Grey street office in Newcastle but finance advice will be offered through the firm’s growing network of estate agent offices – in Gosforth, Durham City, Alnwick and soon Morpeth.
