A popular Helensburgh supermarket has been purchased by a London based investment company in a multi mullion pound deal.
Premium supermarket Waitrose and the neighbouring petrol station, based on Cardross Road, has been purchased for £13.7m.
Leading North East property firm Bradley Hall managed the acquisition on behalf of the purchaser. The 36,500 sq ft site comprises the Waitrose supermarket, fuel station and 180 parking spaces. The development forms a prominent gateway to the town’s eastern approach.
The recently constructed store boasts an active frontage to the main Cardross Road comprising the main entrance, checkout zone and visitor café collectively framed with an impressive inverted timber clad roof.
