Acquisition of Yorkshire Chambers, Pilgrim Street, Newcastle

Yorkshire Chambers is a 22,000 sq ft office building based on 112-118 Pilgrim Street, has been purchased by local businessman Andrew Ward, in a multi-million pound deal and will remain home to a variety of businesses.
