Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents has advised on the seven-figure acquisition of a key building in Newcastle, welcoming further investment into the city.
The building, which forms part of Old Eldon Square, is occupied by Greggs with further development opportunity for the upper floors.
Bradley Hall Director Richard Rafique said; “This acquisition was not only a fantastic deal for our clients, but it also is an outstanding show of confidence in our regional commercial property market.
“Our region and its people have always been resilient, and despite the challenging economic climate there has still been an abundance of activity which shows investors are still assured our local economy will continue to perform.
“Throughout lockdown we have ensured that we are on hand to assist and support all clients during this uncertain time. We’ve noted a steady stream of enquiries and extended our office hours and availability meet demand as we adapt to the ‘new normal.’ There is certainly a lot of optimism and we look forward to supporting this heightened demand.”
Bradley Hall worked alongside Intelligent Commercial Finance to facilitate the acquisition.
