Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents has advised on the seven-figure acquisition of a key building in Newcastle, welcoming further investment into the city.
The building, which forms part of Old Eldon Square, is occupied by Greggs with further development opportunity for the upper floors.
