The team which is marketing the Walled Gardens, a highly anticipated and luxury development in Gosforth, will launch its new sales office as the second phase is released for sale.
Developers All Saints Living and appointed property agents Bradley Hall will mark the launch of the award-winning and exclusive homes with an event on February 1st from 10am-5pm at the new on-site sales office. Visitors will be able to speak to expert advisors and gain more information on the properties, view samples and collect sales packs.
The outstanding homes were recognised for delivering exquisite quality in a convenient and tranquil setting at the 2018/19 UK Property Awards, being named Best Residential Development in Tyne and Wear.
The new north garden properties, constructed within the 18th Century Brandling Estate’s original walled kitchen garden, close to Newcastle Racecourse, are expected to attract a lot of attention from homebuyers.
The properties cleverly juxtapose the natural, historic surroundings with a truly contemporary design, to create a unique living environment. They have Sedum grass roofs that are innovative, attractive and eco-friendly in equal measure – offering extremely high levels of insulation.
Together with the contrasting zinc rooftops of the south garden – where just one home remains available - they contribute hugely to the timeless feel of the development, providing a reference to the glasshouses and outbuildings that were previously part of the Brandling Estate.
This second and final phase comprises eight stylish, four bedroomed homes. Each property opens to a sizeable entrance porch and hallway where a downstairs WC can be found.
The hallway leads to two staircases, one heading down to the lower ground floor and the other leading up to the first floor. The lower ground floor offers a spacious kitchen-come-dining area, with bi-folding doors that draw in an abundance of natural light, while also allowing views and access to the sun terrace and garden beyond.
The beautiful, modern kitchen includes an island unit and breakfast bar with elegant Silestone surfaces, state of the art integrated NEFF appliances – including a four-ring induction hob, fridge freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher – and a separate area, with space for a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are also two double bedrooms on the ground floor, the largest of which has its own ensuite shower room and delightful walk in dressing area - sure to please those who enjoy a generous wardrobe.
The stairs to the first floor open to a striking living room, which again benefits from extensive glazing and a terrace, from which to enjoy views of the Brandling Estate. The simply stunning curved Glulam exposed beam ceiling adds a wonderful decorative touch to the room.
A few steps up from the living room, the first floor reveals two further double bedrooms – including the master, which is served by a generous ensuite bathroom and separate dressing area. The luxurious family bathroom, with double-ended bath and deluxe walk in shower, completes the first floor.
Externally, each property has its own separate garage and allocated parking for two vehicles.
Kirk Thompson, Managing Director with All Saints Living, says: “Our award winning development offers buyers the opportunity to own a beautiful, contemporary home in one of Newcastle’s most sought after suburbs.
“We have carefully planned and designed these properties to meet the needs of the modern world. Our aim has been to create design-led, luxury homes that sit comfortably in an historic setting, offering buyers a peaceful environment on the doorstep of a busy and bustling city.
“Work is scheduled for completion by late summer 2019 but buyers who reserve one of our exclusive plots soon can benefit from a range of optional extras and incentives. With a new show home launch planned to open in spring of this year, we don’t expect these exceptional homes to be available for long and would advise house hunters to contact us soon to register their interest before all are reserved.”
A representative from Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, which is marketing the homes, added: “The Walled Gardens is ideal for those who work and socialise in the city but want the benefits of living in a relaxed and scenic location.”
