Property specialist Bradley Hall, which has operations across the region, is bolstering its residential management team ahead of its anticipated growth plans.
Matt Hoy has been promoted from Northumberland area manager to equity director at the newly established Bradley Hall Residential.
He will oversee all residential matters, operating between the branch network in Alnwick, Morpeth, Gosforth and Durham.
Hoy will report to the main Bradley Hall board of directors led by managing director Neil Hart and including Peter Bartley, Richard Rafique and Geoff Davis.
At least two further posts are expected to be created.
Hart said: “We see 2017 as another big year for all at Bradley Hall as we continue to secure greater market share and present a strong property services brand to the region.”
