We have taken the opportunity to review our operations and evaluate what our clients require from Bradley Hall in the new normal. Since lockdown, we’ve been keeping a close eye on call volumes and peak times for each operation and in order to continue providing the best service to our clients, we have decided to extend our hours of availability across our network of offices in order to meet demand.
Over the past few months it was extremely important for us to be responsive and on hand for enquires in all areas of our business. We wanted to provide as much advice and guidance as possible during such an uncertain time for everyone. Following instruction from the government, our offices were closed and calls were diverted to mobiles which allowed us to be responsive at all hours.
We are delighted to announce that we will be significantly extending our opening hours from July 1st in order to meet market demand, as follows;
•Alnwick: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm, Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm
•Morpeth: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm, Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm
•Gosforth:Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm, Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm. Sunday 10.00am – 02:00pm
• Newcastle: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm
• Durham: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm, Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm
•Leeds and Sunderland Telephones: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm
•Residential Telephones: Monday – Sunday, 08:30am – 9.00pm
Our industry is changing, however, we are confident in the future of property in the North. The residential market booming, Rightmove reported its 10 busiest ever days in recent weeks, reaching up to 6 million hits, average listed prices are up by 1.9% and buyers are paying 97.7% of asking price – which is higher than pre-lockdown. Our commercial industry remains resilient and a number of significant transactions have been made throughout Q2.
The extended opening hours will support our mission of supporting the local economy, businesses and communities with a full-service approach to residential and commercial property.
