Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents is planning its tenth edition of property, business and lifestyle magazine, Portfolio, to be released in Autumn 2020.
Since launching, the magazine has amassed hundreds of thousands of readers across the North East and further afield. The team behind the publication is now launching further marketing solutions to support its advertisers. In addition to its already established print and social media coverage and complimentary editorial & design service, the new cost-effective packages will include the option to add innovative digital marketing solutions including geo-targeted online adverts, demographically aimed adverts and sponsored content.

The property company originally launched the magazine in 2017 to showcase its services and good news stories and received support from many local businesses.
Following its growth, each print publication now has 35,000 readers, with online viewers also reaching tens of thousands of impressions. The firm also promotes Portfolio and each of its advertisers to its 27,000 social media followers.
