Bradley Hall Executive Lettings is a new division within the organisation.

We offer a letting and acquisition service to a wide range of clients, including property companies, landlords, owners based abroad and private companies looking to find residential accommodation for postings in the North East.

Bradley Hall has a broad technical knowledge of residential buildings and property law, including the Rent Acts, the Housing Acts, Gas Safety Regulations and Furniture & Furnishings (Fire) Safety Regulations. We are also proficient in finance and administration.

Our service includes lettings and acquisitions, with fees based on a proportion of annual rental - normally 50% of the first months rent from the landlord and 50% from the ingoing tenant - although a combined letting and management fee structure can be negotiated.
