Bradley Hall Executive Homes have a wide variety of executive properties, for sale or to let. The properties range from city & town centre, to small country estates, converted agricultural properties and development land.

Bradley Hall Executive Homes was established in 1992, following calls from clients who required an agency with "a commercial approach to residential property". The practice currently has five fully qualified chartered surveyors with over 60 years experience between them. Our practice and executive sales team are based within the heart of the North East, at Durham City with additional facilities in Newcastle upon Tyne, and most recently Sunderland.

Our Executive Homes division has developed an excellent reputation for the successful sale, acquisition and letting of town and country properties throughout the region. Properties range in price from £100,000 to £5million, with our commercial division being involved with properties of a substantially higher price.

Bradley Hall's involvement in residential properties has grown significantly over recent years, with our success coming from the combined experience of our knowledge of the area and the specialist technical knowledge, which comes from a multi-disciplinary practice. Our caring, hands-on approach to customers ensures we obtain the best possible price, with the least inconvenience.
